Construction has started on the new Chick fil-A located at the north end of the Shops At Rossmoor (which is actually in the city of Seal Beach) center near the 76 gas station. This 4,529 square foot, freestanding restaurant will feature a drive thru with indoor and outdoor sitting areas. Like all of their locations, the restaurant will be closed on Sundays.
The Shops at Rossmoor location is scheduled to open fall 2013. The Chick-fil-A Corporation will offers a grand opening promotion to the first 100 participants.
Those who comply with the official rules will receive one Chick-fil-A meal per week for a year. For more information on rules and regulations, visit www.chick-fil-a.com.
Construction also started on another freestanding building located behind Marie Calender’s Grill.
The building will be known as Rossmoor Dental Group and Orthodontics. It will be a one story, 5,000 square foot facility that will have its own front in parking.
