Group Publisher Steven Remery, Orange County Neighborhood Newspapers, Inc., has announced a new addition to the Sun Newspaper sales team. Carlos Munoz has assumed a new role as the Advertising Account Manager. Munoz has been assigned the Seal Beach sales territory.
Munoz has been with the company for a little more than a year. He was hired as a receptionist, and later promoted to administrative assistant. A few of his duties included providing sales support and organizing the Best of Seal Beach Awards reception.
Once the opportunity to move to sales came up, Munoz took it.
“With his positive attitude, knowledge of the sales process and familiarity with Seal Beach, and our neighboring communities, we know he’ll continue to grow and be a valuable asset to the community and to our sales team,” Remery said.
