Two Los Alamitos High School seniors will be named as recipients of the annual scholarship sponsored by the Rossmoor Los Alamitos Republican Women Federated.
The 9th Annual “Friendship & Flowers Scholarship Luncheon” takes place on Saturday, at El Dorado Golf Course (under the BIG white tent) from noon to 3 p.m. Lunch, entertainment, premium raffle and the presentation of a $500 scholarship award to each of TWO local high school seniors make up this annual event. Guest speaker will be Chris Missick, former Los Alamitos High School grad, soldier, author and lawyer.
