The Los Alamitos High School Dance Department is presenting its upcoming fall show, “My Father’s Closet.”
This captivating and nostalgic performance promises to transport the audience back in time through the magic of music and dance.
If you know how to work a record player and you still have some cassette tapes in your music collection, then you will easily identify with our new show, “My Father’s Closet.”
This heartwarming tale revolves around a girl and her friends who embark on an unforgettable journey when they sneak into her father’s closet to explore his cherished music collection. Little do they know, they will be surprised by more than just the old 45’s and cassette tapes they find.
“My Father’s Closet” reveals that there is a lot more to this closet than just business suits, briefcases, and a chest full of music.
Through captivating choreography and a heartwarming narrative, the dancers will bring to life the story of discovery, nostalgia, and the power of music to transcend generations.
