• Burglary—7:42 a.m.—Pacific Coast Highway—The caller reported a burglary from their motor vehicle that occurred sometime between midnight on September 10 and 7:42 a.m. on September 12.

• Extortion—11:11 a.m.—Seal Beach Boulevard—Seal Beach officers responded to a call of extortion.

• Possible DUI—Riviera Drive and Marlin Avenue—Hans Dietrich Hauser was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence.

Friday, September 13

• Burglary—1:08 a.m.—Seal Beach Boulevard—Seal Beach officers responded to a call of commercial burglary.

• Expired Registration—8:33 a.m.—First Street and Welcome Lane—Officers cited a vehicle with registration that had expired more than six months prior.

• Expired Registration—8:36 a.m.—Anderson Street and Pacific Coast Highway—Officers cited a vehicle with registration that expired more than six months prior.

• Extortion—10:23 a.m.—Riversea Road—Seal Beach officers responded to a call of extortion.

• Abandoned Vehicle—2:30 p.m.—Fifth Street—A vehicle had been parked in the same spot for three days, incurring a 72 hour violation.

• Abandoned Vehicle—3 p.m.—5th Street—A vehicle had not moved for more than 72 hours.

• Shoplifting—8:09 p.m.—Seal Beach Boulevard—Seal Beach officers responded to a report of shoplifting.

• Expired Registration—9:01 p.m.—Montecito Road—Officers cited a vehicle with registration that had expired more than six months prior.

Saturday, September 14

• Paraphernalia—3:05 a.m.—Ocean Avenue—Seal Beach officers identified possession of unlawful paraphernalia between 2 a.m. and 3:05 a.m. Alyssa Marie Graham was arrested on suspicion of possession of unlawful paraphernalia.

• Possible DUI—2:29 a.m.—Anchor Way and Seal Beach Boulevard—Officers identified a driver that was allegedly under the influence.

• Expired Registration—1:51 p.m.—Ocean Avenue—Officers cited a vehicle with registration that had expired more than six months prior.

• Indecent Exposure—3 p.m.—Ocean Avenue—Officers responded to a report of indecent exposure between 2 and 3 p.m.

• Outstanding Citations—3:39 p.m.—Seal Beach Boulevard—Officers cited a vehicle that had more than five outstanding parking citations.

• Disorderly Conduct—5:01 p.m.—Montecito Road—Seal Beach officers responded to a call of disorderly conduct.

Michael Lopez was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct related to alcohol.

• Expired Registration—3:06 p.m.—Seal Beach Boulevard—Officers cited a vehicle with registration that had expired more than six months prior.

• Identity Theft—4:07 p.m.—Monterey Road—Seal Beach officers responded to a call of identity theft.

• Graffiti—2:16 a.m.—Ocean Avenue—Police identified an incident of vandalism. Jorge Alberto Vazquez was arrested on suspicion of defacing property.

• Paraphernalia—2:10 a.m.—Electric Avenue—Jerry Lopez was arrested for allegedly posessing unlawful paraphernalia.

• Possible DUI—2:18 a.m.—Pacific Coast Highway—Javier Cuevas was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs.

• Burglary—2:40 p.m.—Seal Beach Boulevard—Goods valued at more than $950 were shoplifted.

• Cart Possession—6:44 p.m.—Ocean Avenue—Officers identified a person in possession of a shopping or laundry cart.
