The College Park East Neighborhood Association marked the annual Fourth of July Barbecue with food from the Seal Beach Lions, foam for the kids (see right), Boy Scouts performing the flag ceremony and a child identified as Kennidy Joyner dressed as a Continental soldier with a makeshift boat pulled by a bicycle to recreate Washington crossing the Delaware.
