The College Park East Neighborhood Association is hosting a Kids Swap Meet Saturday, Aug. 15, from 8 a.m. – noon at Heather Park (on the corner of Lampson Avenue and Heather Street, Seal Beach): Bargains galore on everything for KIDS … clothing, toys, books, bikes, games, furniture and more. There will also be a bounce house, a fire truck and kids fingerprint kits for the children supplied by Seal Beach Police volunteers.
