The Los Alamitos High girls basketball team rallied from an 18-point deficit to defeat Orangewood, 47-44, for the championship at the Hawk Holiday Classic at Ocean View High. Sydney Gandy, pictured in an earlier game, had 21 points, four assists and two steals and was named Tournament MVP. Latavia Miller had nine points and was named to the all-tournament team, along with Molly Clarke, who had nine rebounds, eight assists and four points. Dylyn Payne had nine points.
