The iconic Seal Beach Water Tower which was originally built in 1890 and sits 87 feet above the ground was sold on Jan. 15, 2026 for $4.6 million, according to Realtor John Simcoe of Keller Williams Realty. Simcoe said that a medical corporation bought the Water Tower and is making improvements to continue its use as a personal residence and Airbnb rental property. Story by Chris MacDonald
