The first question for candidates for the Seal Beach City Council is: Why are you the best candidate for your district? The Sun will run the answers as a weekly feature on questions to the candidates starting in the Sept. 9 edition of the Sun. Answers are due by e-mail to the Sun by Sunday, Sept. 5 at 10 p.m. Candidates must see the paper each week for the following question.
