When Real Trends just released their report of the Top 500 Real Estate Offices Nationwide for 2010 sales volume, Keller Williams Realty Los Alamitos was recognized as the #206 Top Real Estate office nationwide and #99 for Keller Williams Affiliates.
The office helped 1097 buyers and sellers in their real estate transactions. While most brokerage firms saw declines in transactions and volume, Keller Williams Los Alamitos moved up 14 spots.
“We are extremely excited to make the list again,” said Tammy Newland, operating principal/owner.
“The rankings may not seem like much at first glance but when you take into account how many thousands of real estate offices there are in the United States, this is quite an honor for us,” Newland said.

“I get so excited to see our office move up closer to the Top 200 offices and am thrilled that in a tough economy we moved from #220 in 2009 to #206 last year,” Newland said.
