According to Massey, real estate transactions rarely go totally smoothly or perfectly and are thus a bit like the “Holy Grail,” pretty rare.
“The trick is being well aware of this reality and fighting tooth-and-nail on your client’s behalf, regardless, and with their best interests always at the forefront,” Massey said. “Also always thinking big and ahead and keeping all ducks in a row as well as the proverbial train on the tracks all the way into the station. I fight doggedly to that finish-line, again with excellence and integrity throughout.
During all of this, it’s very important, too, to keep both the 30,000 foot view and the one from the trenches, so to speak.
That way, one doesn’t lose the forest for the trees and vice-versa.”
Massey has been a Chamber member for only a few months and counts winning this profile at the last Chamber breakfast a very auspicious beginning.
He has an avid interest in classic cars and looks forward to volunteering for the Chamber’s classic car show in April.
However, before that, helping out at the Christmas Parade is also on his radar.

Massey and his wife, Andrea and new-born “little angel,” Olivia Grace, live in Seal Beach, a source of pride and joy to his family.
