Isabel Kaylin Norris was delivered at the MemorialCare Center for Women at Miller Children’s Hospital Long Beach at 12:01 a.m., Saturday Jan. 1, making her the greater Long Beach area’s first baby of 2011. Parents are Jeanette Carter and Keith Norris.
