Today, Wednesday, Dec. 26, at approximately 12:12 p.m., Seal Beach Police officers responded a reported traffic collision at 462 Pacific Coast Highway. (The address given in the police statement matches that of West Beach Liquor.) Upon arrival, officers discovered a black Honda Civic had crashed into a business at the location. The driver (a male adult) and one occupant of the business (a female adult) were transported to a local hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
