Seal Beach Police officers recently arrested Adel Rezkallaa, 46, of Torrance on suspicion of misdemeanor sexual battery. On Tuesday, July 25, an individual contacted the Seal Beach Police Department. She reported that Rezkallaa touched her in an inappropriate and sexual manner. The victim had gone to the Unocal 76 gas station at 13980 Seal Beach Blvd. to by gas for her car.
While at the gas station, Rezkallaa spoke with her and later touched her in what she described as a sexual manner. She contacted the police and identified Rezkallaa as the suspect. After an investigation, Rezkallaa was arrested and taken to the Orange County Jail. Rezkallaa is an employee of the gas station.
The police are seeking other possible victims. Police are asking anyone with information related to this investigation to contact Detective Samantha Mathias at 562-799-4100 ext. 1108.
