My letter to the editor is actually a photo to the editor of SBPD Police Services Manager Michael McDonald who we all read in last week’s issue (12/7/23), was honored by his peers for outstanding service to our city. PSM McDonald received his honor against all other municipalities in numerous states.
Let us congratulate and thank him for his service to our city.
