In what will be a truly memorable evening, 18 current members and recent graduates of the Los Alamitos High School Choir Program will perform on stage with Broadway legend Patti LuPone and her orchestra on Friday evening, September 9th at Segerstrom Center for the Arts in Costa Mesa at 8pm.
From Director David Moellenkamp: “It is such an incredible opportunity for current and former members of our choral program to be singing with Patti LuPone. We strive to provide exciting and worthwhile educational opportunities for members of our choirs and this is certainly a highlight.”
The Los Alamitos High School choir program is directed by Mr. David Moellenkamp and Ms. Moana Dherlin and has more than 600 performers in 8 choirs. It is also home to two reigning national show choir champions, SoundTRAX and SoundFX.
