Les and Burniece Starck of Seal Beach, are pleased to announce the marriage of their daughter, Lauren Noel Starck to Byron Slater Hartman. Lauren is a 2003 graduate of Oakton High School in Vienna, Virginia. She received her bachelor of arts degree in political science in 2007 and her masters of arts in political science in 2008—both degrees from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia. She currently lives in Washington, D. C. and works for Underwriters Laboratories. Byron is a 2003 graduate of the Episcopal High School of Jacksonville, Florida. He received his bachelor’s degree in business administration in finance from The College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia in 2007. The couple will wed in Middleburg, Va.
