Ed Hooper is a Orange County Fire Authority fire engineer who served the Seal Beach Community in Old Town three years ago and is being transferred back to Station 44 in March, is engaged to marry Cindy Moser, a 13-plus-year resident of Seal Beach. They will be married in Old Town, Seal Beach at First United Methodist Church on 10th Street and Central Avenue. They will have a private reception at Main Street Wine Cellar.
