• Possible DUI—Seal Beach Boulevard—Susan Renee Brisbin was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and causing injury.

• Possible DUI—Seal Beach Boulevard—James Lloyd Matt was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence.
