• Tampering—9:19 a.m.—First Street and Marina Drive—The caller reported that their vehicle had been tampered with sometime after 6 p.m. the previous evening.

• Assault—10:51 a.m.—Seal Beach Boulevard—Police responded to a report of assault.

• Burglary—2:15 p.m.—Seal Beach Boulevard—Officers responded to a report of commercial burglary, which did not include forced entry or shoplifting.

• Shoplifting—4:21 p.m.—Seal Beach Boulevard—Omar Nunez was arrested on suspicion of shoplifting with losses valued at $950 or less.

• Registration—11:56 p.m.—Seal Beach Boulevard and Pacific Coast Highway– Officers identified a vehicle with forged or altered registration.

• Shoplifting—Main Street and Pacific Coast Highway—Raul Javier Valenzuela was arrested on suspicion of shoplifting with losses valued at $950 or less.

Friday, November 8

• Traffic Collision—6:57 a.m.—Pacific Coast Highway—There was a traffic collision between a silver Toyota and a red Chevrolet. The drivers exchanged information.

• Transient—10:01 a.m.—Pacific Coast Highway—The caller reported second-hand knowledge of a transient sleeping in the elevator.

• Transient—Noon—Pacific Coast Highway—Police responded to a call regarding a transient sitting on the bench. It was the same person who had been in the elevator previously. Police advised the individual who said that they will leave the area.

• Parking Citations—1:41 p.m.—First Street—Officers identified a vehicle that had more than five outstanding parking citations.

• Tampering—6:30 p.m.—Annandale Drive—The caller reported that their vehicle had been tampered with sometime within the last hour and twenty minutes.

• Vehicle Burglary—7:52 p.m.—Annandale Drive—The caller stated that someone broke into their locked 2004 Lexus and ransacked the glove box.

• Dog Escape—8:28 p.m.—Seal Beach Boulevard—A person flagged down police, reporting that their dog had escaped.

• Suspended License—8:50 p.m.—North Studebaker Road (Long Beach)—Officers identified an individual driving with a suspended or revoked license.

• Impound—9:11 p.m.—Lampson Avenue—A 2002 gray Jaguar S-type was impounded due to expired registration of more than six months and displaying identification that was not issued for the vehicle.

• Registration—11:48 p.m.—Pacific Coast Highway and Studebaker Road (Long Beach)—Officers identified a vehicle with forged or altered registration.

• Paraphernalia—Pacific Coast Highway and Seal Beach Boulevard—Jordan Denise Laviola was arrested on suspicion of possession of unlawful paraphernalia.

• Forgery—Seal Beach Boulevard and Pacific Coast Highway—Brycen Corwin Rogers was arrested on suspicion of forging or altering a vehicle registration.

Saturday, November 9

• Litterbug—2:18 a.m.—East 2nd Street (Long Beach)—Michael Jon Valdes was arrested on suspicion of littering, depositing glass or trash anywhere on the right of way.

• Suspicious Person—9:02 a.m.—Avalon Drive—Officers identified a suspicious man with pliers on the north side of the oil rigs. Tracy Allison Paquette was arrested on suspicion of larceny and loitering.

• Impound—9:46 a.m.—10th Street and Electric Avenue—A white 2005 Infiniti was impounded due to having received five or more parking violations.

• Expired Registration—11:19 a.m.—Seal Beach Boulevard—Police cited a vehicle with registration that had been expired for more than six months.

• Vehicle Impound—7:02 p.m.—Seal Beach Boulevard—Police impounded a 2011 Honda Civic for having a registration that expired more than six months prior.

• Disturbance—9:23 p.m.—Pelorus Avenue—The caller reported a loud party occurring above the location. Police issued a first response warning at 9:54 p.m.

• Suspended License—10:58 p.m.—Seal Beach Boulevard—Officers identified an individual driving with a suspended or revoked license.

• Expired Registration—11:14 p.m.—Westminster Avenue and Bolsa Chica Road (Westminster)—Officers cited a vehicle with registration that had been expired for more than six months.

• Disturbance—11:42 p.m.—Main Street –The caller reported loud, amplified music. Police advised and reported the music will be shut down.

• Reckless Driver—11:59 p.m.—12th Street—The caller reported a Silver Toyota circled the block before peeling out and driving recklessly.

• Forgery—Pacific Coast Highway and Studebaker Road (Long Beach)—Jennifer Fonesca was arrested on suspicion of altering or forging a vehicle registration.

• Possession—Bolsa Chica Road (Westminster)—Brian Emmanuel Bonilla was arrested on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance.

• Paraphernalia—1:18 a.m. —Seal Beach Boulevard and Westminster Avenue—Alexander Medina was arrested on suspicion of possessing unlawful paraphernalia.

• Paraphernalia—1:18 a.m.—Seal Beach Boulevard and Westminster Avenue—Johnathan Medina was arrested on suspicion of possessing unlawful paraphernalia.

• Open Container—1:47 a.m.—Westminster Avenue and Bolsa Chica Road (Westminster)—Solomon Charles Potter was arrested on suspicion of a passenger with an open alcohol container in a vehicle on the highway.

• Petty Theft—11:51 a.m.—Central Avenue—The caller reported a theft from their 2013 Honda Pilot that had been left unlocked.

• Disorderly—12:09 p.m.—Seal Beach Boulevard—James Clint Davis was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct related to alcohol.

• Vehicle Code Violation—1:13 p.m.—12th Street—The caller reported that a loud motorcycle with modified pipes headed toward Pacific Coast Highway. The caller stated that they had been working with a city council member regarding the issue and that they were advised to call the police.

• Expired Registration—1:34 p.m.—Seal Beach Boulevard—Officers cited a vehicle with registration that had been expired for more than six months.

• Transient—2:57 p.m.—College Park Drive (College Park West)—The caller reported that a male transient looked inside vehicles before walking up and asking for a place to buy food.

• Robbery—3:59 p.m.—Westminster Avenue and Seal Beach Boulevard—Nikolas Kieran Esquivel was arrested on suspicion of strong arm robbery.

• Petty Theft—5:21 p.m.—Pacific Coast Highway—The caller reported that a maroon vehicle pulled up and two individuals entered the business, walked directly to the deodorant aisle and removed multiple items with an estimated value of approximately $400.

Monday, November 11

• Suspicious Person or Circumstances—1:19 a.m.—Aster Street (College Park East)—The caller reported that a vehicle parked in the driveway, remained on, and had someone sleeping inside.

• Possession—10:03 a.m.—Dory Way and Galleon Way (Bridgeport)—Carlos Oscar Saracay was arrested on suspicion of possession of unlawful paraphernalia.

• Possession—12:36 p.m.—Seal Beach Boulevard and Saint Andrews Drive—Officers identified an individual in possession of a controlled substance.

• Counseling—4:06 p.m.—Seal Beach Boulevard—An individual came into the police department to report that they sold their car but the new owner did not have it registered and was receiving tickets.

• Assistance—6:46 p.m.—Seal Beach Boulevard (Naval Weapons Station)—A sailor requested a place to sober up as they were too drunk to return to the ship.

• Paraphernalia—10:24 p.m.—Seal Beach Boulevard—Angelia Minyon Martin was arrested on suspicion of possessing unlawful paraphernalia.

Tuesday, November 12

• Suspicious Person—3:46 a.m.—Galleon Way (Bridgeport)—The caller said that they woke up to a transient going through their trash. They said that the individual took the trashcan.

• Disorderly—11:50 a.m.—17th Street—Kimberly Jo Elliott was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct related to alcohol.

• Petty Theft—Pacific Coast Highway—Isaiah Michael Wright was arrested on suspicion of petty theft of mail and packages.

Wednesday, November 13

• Shoplifting—10:15 p.m.—Pacific Coast Highway—Gabrielle Ann Riegelhuth was arrested on suspicion of shoplifting with goods valued at less than $950.

• Petty Theft—11:50 a.m.—Westminster Avenue—Officers responded to a call regarding petty theft from buildings.
