A boat came aground in Seal Beach on Feb. 11, around 4 a.m., and was removed the next day, according to Marine Safety Chief Joe Bailey. “The boat was anchored offshore, it’s anchor didn’t hold and it ended up on the beach, straight out in front of the Beach House Restaurant,” Bailey wrote.
