This event initiated by the City of Los Alamitos has grown significantly since being introduced several years ago. City officials expect an even larger turnout this year as women from throughout the area await sessions about topics that capture their interests.

Designed to inspire personal and professional growth, the Elevate Women’s Conference will bring together opportunities for reflection, connection, learning, and empowerment. Participants will explore practical tools and insights designed to help them navigate change, build confidence, and lead their lives with greater intention.

The conference will focus on three key areas:

Clarity of Purpose: Participants will gain a deeper understanding of what truly matters to them and explore how to make decisions that align with their values, rather than being driven by outside pressure, expectations, or perfectionism.

Emotional and Mental Resilience: Attendees will gain insight into healthier and more sustainable ways to manage stress, uncertainty, and self-doubt. The conference will provide an opportunity to recognize personal challenges while developing strategies for navigating them with greater resilience.

Confidence in Personal Growth: Women will be encouraged to renew their belief in their ability to adapt, transform, and lead themselves through change with intention and self-trust.

The fifth annual Elevate Women’s Conference will take place on Wednesday, October 7, from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Los Alamitos Community Center (10911 Oak Street).

Pre-registration for this event is required as there is limited seating. There will be no registration at the door. All participants must be 18 years or older, and the price of registration is $40.
