Capt. Bruce McAlpine, of the Los Alamitos Police Department, said no arrests were made during the Dec.  17-18 DUI saturation patrols. McAlpine said officers made many stops, but did not arrest anyone for drunk driving.

The Police Department conducted DUI saturation patrols from 7 p.m., Sunday, Dec. 18, to 3 a.m., Monday, Dec. 19.

The patrols were part of a countywide crackdown on drunk driving.
