The final draft of the Environmental Impact Report for the Bay City Partners property is now available online at the city of Seal Beach website. The document is available for download in pdf format. The EIR is made up of Four seperate files.
The document includes 274 pages of comments on the earlier draft of the EIR and responses to those comments.
The Environmental Quality Control Board will review the Final EIR at 6 p.m., Monday, April 16, in the City Council Chambers.
