Rossmoor Woman’s Club is delighted to feature this beautiful yard with the koi pond as part of the RWC 12th Annual Garden and Outdoor Living Tour on Sunday, May 17, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The Garden Tour is the club’s second largest fundraiser. The tour will showcase five to six beautiful gardens while supporting local charities. Tickets are only $10 and can be purchased online at www.rossmoorwomansclub.org or at Antica, Brita’s Old Town Garden, McNally Electric, Prep Kitchen Essentials, or Standing Ovations. They can also be purchased the day of the tour at our Outdoor Store located at Rush Park in Rossmoor.
The RWC, formed in 1958, is a group of dynamic women who are dedicated to helping our local community. Last year they raised more than $50,000 to distribute to local charities such as Bethune School in Long Beach, Los Alamitos Museum, and Precious Life and to provide scholarships for Los Alamitos High School students.
Meetings are the second Wednesday of each month at the Old Ranch Country Club. Membership is open and consists of women from Los Alamitos, Long Beach, Seal Beach, and surrounding communities.
