Scouts from St. Hedwig’s Pack 620 in Los Alamitos recently gathered together to assemble over 70 Christmas Stockings for military troops stationed overseas. They filled the stockings (right) with assorted snacks, treats, and personal hygiene items and included a handwritten note of thanks in each stocking. The stockings will be shipped to the soldiers through the non-profit organization called Words of Comfort, Hope and Promise (comforthopeandpromise.org) and are scheduled to arrive in time for the Christmas holiday.
