The 320 Main restaurant has a full service bar and a swanky, 1920s-era atmosphere. Food is slow-cooked, with an emphasis on flavor. The owners and the chef bring years of experience to the Main Street establishment.
Entreés include such items as Filet Mignon and 14 ounce rib eye steak. Desserts include crème brulee.
Cocktails, a specialty of co-owner Jason Schiffer—a self-described “bar geek”—include the “Scintillator.”
The drink’s name was inspired by the scintillator lights that hung on the end of the original Seal Beach Pier during the Prohibition era. Schiffer calls it a cocktail in “the old school tradition.”
