The Seal Beach Chamber Summer Concert Series will kick off Wednesday, July 7, with the Irish sounds of Sligo Rags. All concerts will be from 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesdays through Sept. 1 in Eisenhower Park at the foot of the Seal Beach Pier.  The Sligo Rags opener will feature a sidewalk sale on Main Street from 3 to 8 p.m.
