The Hearing Loss Association, Long Beach/Lakewood Chapter, is an admission-free support group offering resources to help the hearing impaired survive in a hearing world. The group meets at 6:30 p.m., on the second Thursday of each month at the Weingart Senior Center, 5220 Olivia Ave., in Lakewood. Free admission. Call for information at (562) 433-6509.
